By accessing or using FleetVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including account administrators and drivers operating under your account.
FleetVault is a compliance support tool designed to assist operators in managing their obligations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and related Australian transport regulations.
FleetVault does not constitute legal or compliance advice. It does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Fatigue calculations, pre-start check prompts, and FFD questions are provided as management aids only. Operators and drivers remain solely responsible for their compliance obligations under the HVNL at all times.
FleetVault is NHVR-aligned in design. It is not NHVR-certified or approved. Always consult a qualified transport compliance advisor for your specific obligations.
FleetVault is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Pricing is based on fleet size and is clearly displayed on the FleetVault website. A one-time setup fee applies on commencement of a paid subscription after the free trial period.
No lock-in contracts apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@fleetvault.com.au. No refunds are provided for partial months already billed. Pricing may be updated with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the conclusion of the trial, a subscription and one-time setup fee apply if you choose to continue. FleetVault reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial terms at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining your own compliance records as required by applicable law, including under the HVNL. FleetVault provides tools to record, view, download and export data, but does not guarantee indefinite retention of records or photographs.
We strongly recommend exporting and saving records regularly. Stored data including shift records and photos may be subject to removal following extended inactivity or subscription cancellation. FleetVault accepts no liability for data loss or compliance breaches arising from failure to download and retain records.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FleetVault and its operators accept no liability for any loss, penalty, fine, injury, accident, compliance breach, or operational disruption arising from the use of or reliance on this platform.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of fatigue calculations in all circumstances. In no event shall FleetVault's liability exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees in the preceding 30-day period.
You agree to use FleetVault lawfully and in good faith. You must not:
— Submit false, fabricated, or misleading compliance data into the platform
— Attempt to circumvent hard stop controls or compliance enforcement features
— Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
— Use the platform to facilitate any unlawful activity
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
Accounts found in breach of these conditions may be suspended or terminated without notice.
All software, design, content, and functionality within FleetVault remains the intellectual property of its operators. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period. No rights to the underlying code, design, or systems are transferred to you.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@fleetvault.com.au. FleetVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund. Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data will cease. We recommend downloading all records before cancelling.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email where material changes are made. Continued use of FleetVault after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of FleetVault will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
